Harper & Brothers, NY, 1852. Condition: Good. Previous owner's signature on second blank. Rubbed at extremities, small ink stain on front of Vol 1, one signature slightly sprung, scattered light foxing, tissue guards browned, lower front corner of Vol 2 dampstained, map with 3" tear. Considerable shelf appeal however, and structurally sound 2 vols, 8vo, text and plates collate complete. Half calf with black and red spine labels.
